Abhik Mukherjee -
Abhik Mukherjee is a Kolkata-born sitar player of the Etawah-Imdadkhani gharana. He was initiated to sitar at the age of six by his father, Sri Tarit Mukherjee, and Sri Bimal Chatterjee, while simultaneously receiving vocal instruction from Sri Kaylan Bose. He has since taken talim from Pandit Arvind Parikh and Pandit Kashinath Mukherjee, themselves disciples of the legendary Ustad Vilayat Khan. He is a gold medalist in musicology from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, and has also received a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, India.
Abhik’s first public performance was at the age of nine at the Governor’s House, Kolkata. He has since performed in ten countries on four continents. Some memorable concerts include performances for the inauguration of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial (Washington D.C.); at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York City); at the Indian Habitat Center (Delhi); on Doordarshan (Kolkata); and a summer tour of Italy, Germany, and Switzerland. Abhik currently lives in New York City and is a founding member of Brooklyn Raga Massive, an Indian classical music artists’ collective.

He has carved a niche for himself as a multifaceted artist, performing in both traditional Carnatic & Hindustani settings as well as bridging genres with his own creative cross-over projects. Arun has been fortunate to perform with major Indian Classical artists such as Padma Vibushan Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna, Padmabushan Sudha Ragunathan, Sri T.N. Seshagopalan, Pandit Anindo Chatterjee, Ustad Mashkoor Ali Khan, Subhankar Banerjee and more.
Venupuri Srinivas -
M.R. Venupuri Srinivas started as a child prodigy, playing Kanjira at a tender age of one year and eight months in Tirupathi. He gave his first concert in All India Radio when he was just three years old. Srinivas learnt Mridangam under legends Ramanathapuram C.S. Murugaboopathi and Trivandrum Mahadeva Iyer. He studied in Madras Music College under Thanjavur Srinivasan obtaining his master degree with distinction and a gold medal. He is an “A” grade artist from the Indian National Radio (All India Radio). He was honored with the respectable asthana vidwan of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam.
Venupuri Srinivas has accompanied all senior artists like M.S. Subbulakshmi, M.L. Vasanthakumari, Madurai Somasundaram, Dr. Balamuralikrishna, Veenai Balachander, T.K. Govinda Rao, Maharajapuram Santhanam, T.N. Seshagopalan, Ravi Kiran, U. Srinivas, Neyveli Santhanagopalan, Hydrabad Brothers, T.N. Krishnan, N. Ramani and many more legends. Srinivas is in fusion group with Louis Banks, Shankar Mahadevan, and Shiva Mani.
Shankhachur Lahiri -
Multi-talented young tabla artist Shankh Lahiri comes from a family with a strong tradition of Indian Classical Music and has fully devoted his life to this Music. Son of the sitarist and Guru Shri Rabindranath Lahiri, he grew up in an environment imbued with the fragrance of Hindustani music. As a child, he received intensive training in both vocal and tabla from his father and went on to graduate with a Sangeet Visharad in both subjects. Currently Shankh, as he is lovingly known in the fraternity, is the devoted senior disciple of world-renowned Tabla maestro Pandit Nayan Ghosh.
He has accompanied and toured with many reputed and front-ranking artists such as Pt. Jasraj, Ustad Shujaat Khan, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Pt. Arati Ankalikar, Nayan Ghosh (sitar), Pt. Mukul Shivputra, Shri Rakesh Chaurasia and many more. He has also expressed his creative talents through singing, writing and music composition. Apart from his own performing carrier, Shankh is serving his rich heritage through teaching students in Florida and abroad for the last several years from his own organization Shruti School of Music and a Non for Profit organization Shruti Foundation in Tampa. Currently, as a composer & a performer, Shankh has been working collaboratively on World Fusion Music projects with the musical group ‘WAHH World Fusion Band' and other musicians around the world.

Tampa Bay Indian Music & Dance Festival - 2016
The Shruti Foundation ( A Non-Profit Organization ) here in Tampa, we have joined together to promote Indian Culture in the Tampa Bay community through India's rich performing Arts in Music and Dance. The Shruti Foundation has been a steadily and progressively growing platform that has continued to bring the best Artists from India - here, to our community to share and enrich the lives of all. We are excited to start a New and Grand Tradition in Tampa Bay...the first annual Tampa Bay Indian Music & Dance Festival. Our first Festival will be appropriately held at the India Cultural Center on May 21. This will be an all day extravaganza, that will attract Indian & non-Indian audiences alike. With almost a dozen World Class Musicians and some locally- based musicians & dancers- this Festival will proudly showcase India's rich Music and Dance Culture and will be highlighted with Indian Food Vendors, Yoga, Kirtan and much more.
